TADAH stays are self-catered, giving you the freedom to organise food around your own programme, preferences and budget.
Our large communal kitchen is fully equipped and spacious enough for several people to cook comfortably at the same time. There are several fridges and dedicated shelves for storing your group’s food and supplies.
Eat & Spend Time Together
Our indoor dining and community area has comfortable seating for up to 30 people. It’s where groups come together for meals, coffee, conversations or simply to hang out between training sessions.
Right next to the dining area you’ll find the buffet space, our coffee & tea corner and a cosy lounge area — all connected to the communal kitchen.

SHOP LIKE A LOCAL
Once or twice during your stay, Ece, our host and local guide, can accompany your group on a shopping trip to stock up on everything you need.
Visit the traditional Turkish weekly market for fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs, cheese, olives and other local produce, and combine it with a supermarket stop for everything else. Depending on the season, you may also find fruit, vegetables and herbs growing at TADAH.
ORGANISE IT YOUR WAY
There’s no single way to feed a group. Some organisers bring their own cook. Others offer reduced-price or volunteer places to people who take responsibility for the kitchen. And some groups simply share the work, with everyone taking cooking shifts.
The kitchen is designed to make all of these approaches possible. Whether you cook together every evening or have a small kitchen team taking care of things, you decide what works best for your group.
Coffee, Tea & Snack Corner
For the moments when you don’t feel like going shopping, there’s a small self-service corner with coffee, a selection of teas, cold drinks and snacks.
It works on a simple honesty-based system: take what you need, write it down in your personal tab and settle up before you leave. A price list is provided, with everything offered at friendly community prices.
No checking, no complicated system — just help yourself, keep track and enjoy.
