Food at TADAH

Food at TADAH is part of the atmosphere. It reflects the same values as the space itself: simplicity, care and connection.

Over the years, Deniz and her family have shaped a food culture inspired by Turkish and German traditions, enriched with creativity and a love for seasonal ingredients. Whenever possible, produce from the TADAH permaculture gardens finds its way into the kitchen.

Meals are vegetarian and prepared with attention to quality and presentation. Many groups appreciate the shared table as an important part of the overall experience.

Catering arrangements are discussed individually depending on the structure of your event. In many cases, meals are prepared by trusted local partners familiar with the TADAH space and its philosophy.

We are happy to coordinate communication and help shape a food concept that fits your group’s needs. Special dietary requirements can usually be accommodated with prior notice.
